THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter called "the terms and conditions" or "T&C") shall be valid for all 5/90 Fixed Odds Lotto games offered by Alpha Lotto Limited, a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Republic of Ghana and licensed by National Lottery Authority established under National lotto Act, 2006, Act 722.

ALPHA Lotto Limited offers 5/90 Fixed Odds Lotto Games, Online and other games of chance from time-to-time on platforms or channels not limited to Points of Sales (PoS) Terminal, Short Messages Services ( SMS), and USSD (hereinafter referred to as "Services")

The General Terms and conditions herein stated shall be applicable to the following:

• Alpha Lotto Limited 5/90 Fixed Odds Gaming;

• The Privacy Policy;

• The General Lottery Rules;

• All terms and conditions and/or rules concerning the promotions and special offers which may be advertised in any part of our official Websites;

• All further terms and conditions contained in any of the software(s) which may be downloaded for the purpose of using on Services provided by Alpha Lotto Limited;

• Whenever the Player of Alpha Lotto Games uses the Service, such as to play Alpha Lotto Limited Games or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he/she agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions including any amendment which may from time-to-time be announced on this Website;

• The terms and Conditions herein contained constitute a complete, final and exclusive agreement between Players and Alpha Lotto Limited Games and Alpha Lotto Limited;

• By using the Service, the player covenants that he/she has attained the age of 18 or such legal age as he/she must have reached under the laws governing lotto/lottery in the Republic of Ghana;

• Irrespective of law regulating lotto/lottery outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ghana concerning the legal age of a Player, Alpha Lotto Limited shall not accept any stake of any Player of its games under the age of 18;

• Alpha Lotto Limited shall reserve to itself the exclusive right to verify the age of any Player of Alpha Lotto Limited Games and to exclude Players under the age of 18 from its Service should there be any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required;

• Any Player below the age of 18 playing Alpha Lotto Limited Games through our Services and who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his/her staking shall be blocked and or deactivated immediately;

• Alpha Lotto Limited does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of all or any products offered by Alpha Lotto Limited;

• Alpha Lotto Limited shall not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Player of Alpha Lotto Limited Games for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage of a Player may incur in connection with any disconnection from the non- availability of any of the products offered by Alpha Lotto Limited for whatever reason.

• Alpha Lotto Limited shall not be held liable in any cause or matter for any damage or loss occasioned directly or indirectly by the Services or by its content or by Contents Provider ( a third party), unless they are based on intentional or gross negligence.

• Alpha Lotto Limited shall not be liable if the Player of Alpha Lotto Limited Games is unable to play a game through the Services due to the congestion on the system or any other electronic communication media used for the purposes of playing our lottery games.

• Unless otherwise stated, all indicated dates and times are based on WAT (West Africa Time).

• The Player of Alpha Lotto Games agrees that Alpha Lotto Limited may be at liberty to use the name, town/city of residence and/or the image of the Player for publicity or our own promotional material recourse to the Player(s) concerned.

• Where it becomes necessary to use the names, town/city or residence and or the image of the Player for publicity, Alpha Lotto Limited may contact the Player to provide such material and funds may be temporarily withheld until such time the requested material has been received.

• Alpha Lotto Limited would only seek this material/information from the Player of Alpha Lotto Games in the event of a large (a sum not less than GHs 1,000,000.00) win on any of Alpha Lotto Limited Products. Alpha Lotto Limited would always make every reasonable attempt of contacting the Player before using/requesting such material (reasonable is defined as three attempted contact attempts by telephone, e-mail, or text message).

• Alpha Lotto Limited reserves the exclusive right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes by way of amendments will become effective upon their publication on the official Website of Alpha Lotto Limited.

• A Player of Alpha Lotto Game who is dissatisfied with any amendment carried by Alpha Lotto Limited to be unacceptable and intolerable, the Player may cease using the service.

• The continued use of the Service by any Player of Alpha Lotto Limited Games after the date when the Terms and Conditions are meant to come into effect will amount to a complete acceptance of the amendment made, whether or not the changes have been acknowledge.

Each person who is desirous of having access to Alpha Lotto Limited Services and products offered by Alpha Lotto Limited must own Mobile Money Wallet.

• By planning any Alpha Lotto Limited Games through the services, the Player warrants that he/she has reached the minimum Legal age for participation.
